By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you place it or when payment is taken.
We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
We take payment at the point of order. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
Product descriptions
We describe what our products do as accurately as we can, including their limits. Nothing we sell is a medicine or a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Results from cosmetics and skincare vary between people, and the timescales given in a listing are typical rather than guaranteed.
If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether something is suitable for you, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using it. Always read the instructions supplied with a product and follow any patch-test guidance.
Delivery and risk
Delivery costs and timings are set out in our shipping policy. Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellation and returns
Your right to cancel, and how to return something, are set out in our refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for loss of profit or business where you are not buying as a consumer.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
This website
The content of this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, email info@lorovea.com and we will try to sort it out directly. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and this does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer law of the country in which you live.
